Naveen Prabhu is a digital transformation expert with an engineering background. After earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with an impressive 9.35/10 score from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Prabhu's career shifted towards technology and digital solutions. He possesses extensive leadership experience, having served as the Practice Head of Digital Transformation at BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions and in delivery leadership at Mu Sigma. Prior to that, he worked as a product design engineer at TIL Limited.

Throughout his career, Prabhu has focused on enabling organizations to undertake their digital transformation journeys by adopting fundamentally different views towards the components of change. He believes that organizations need to evolve, rethink their fundamental aspects, and most importantly, change their outlook towards evolution. He understands that the process of transformation should exist in a continuum, where change is infinitesimal but continuous. With an eye towards reducing costs and increasing efficiency, he aims to empower people, forge partnerships, and expand lines of business to capitalize on new possibilities.
