Naveen Jayaraman

Naveen Jayaraman is an accomplished professional with a solid background in engineering and data analytics.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.

Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Data, CRM & Analytics at L'Oréal, where he leads crucial initiatives in data management and analytics.

Prior to his current role, Naveen held key positions at L'Oréal, including Associate Vice President, Head of Digital Engineering & Innovation, and Associate Vice President, Head of Global eCommerce CoE.

His expertise also extends to IT and project management, as evidenced by his past roles as Director of Digital IT eCommerce at L'Oréal, Senior Project Manager at Infosys, and Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions.
