With a background in Social Work and History, Navanita has held key positions in various organizations, including Tetra Tech, Palladium, WIRE, and many more, showcasing her expertise in gender equality and organizational development.
Her extensive experience includes facilitating conversations on challenging topics in safe environments and empowering teams to understand liberatory power dynamics for a thriving work culture.
Navanita's professional journey reflects her commitment to anti-racism, anti-colonialism, and social justice, which she also instills in her feminist upbringing of her 9-year-old daughter.
Educationally, she holds a Masters in Social Work from Delhi University and a Bachelor's in Arts specializing in History from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
