Natoshia Spruill
Leadership Coach - Educator - Army Vet
Natoshia Spruill is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources, leadership development, and program management. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Spruill has worked as an Associate Director of Leadership Programs at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where she oversees program design and delivery for executive education programs. Prior to that, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Military Science at Syracuse University, where she taught military students and supervised the ROTC program.
Spruill has also served in various leadership positions in the US Army, including as Senior Human Resources Manager, Director of Diversity Enrollment and Recruitment, Executive Protocol and Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. She has also worked as a Human Resources Leadership Development Program Intern at Johnson & Johnson.
