Natia Weathers

Natia Weathers is the Coordinator for Campus Life Residential Communities at Millikin University. In her role, she supervises a team of 18 paraprofessional residence hall staff, focusing on their selection, evaluation, and ongoing development to enhance the residential experience for students.12

She is a recent graduate from Wheaton College, where she earned a degree in English Writing. During her time at Wheaton, Natia was actively involved in various campus activities, which likely contributed to her current position in student affairs.
