Nathan Wear

Nathan Wear is an experienced educator with a solid background in elementary and high school administration in Iowa. Starting as an elementary teacher in Texas, Nathan later became an elementary principal at a school in Iowa that revamped its report card system. Following this, he transitioned to the role of a high school principal where he was instrumental in implementing a standards-based assessment and reporting system.
