Nathan Watkins

Nathan Watkins is a seasoned professional who has a diverse background in finance, business development, and real estate construction.

He began his journey by owning and operating a residential and small commercial real estate development/construction company from 1996 to 2006, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and building expertise.

After his successful venture in real estate, Nathan shifted focus to business development in the laundry services industry. In 2007, he co-founded University Laundry Services, Inc. with his wife, Paige, where they expanded operations through innovative software and logistics solutions, creating partnerships with universities nationwide.

His dedication to the industry culminated in the sale of the company in January 2017, leading to the establishment of Tide University Laundry under the Procter & Gamble Co. banner.

With a relentless drive for growth and success, Nathan has held key leadership positions including Group CEO at Tide Cleaners, Co-Founder/CEO at University Laundry, and President/CEO at Watkins Builders, Inc.

Armed with a solid educational foundation in finance and business studies from Baylor University, Nathan Watkins continues to embody the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation in all his endeavors.
