Nathan Roth is a professional with a diverse background spanning from law to hyperloop technology. Currently, he is working as the Senior Director of Partnerships at Virgin Hyperloop One, focusing on defining and executing partnership strategies for commercializing their groundbreaking technology worldwide. Nathan plays a crucial role in collaborating with partners to drive value and expedite project implementations. Besides his partnerships role, Nathan is a pivotal member of the team dedicated to advancing the first commercial hyperloop project in the world in Maharashtra, India.

Prior to his current role, Nathan served as the Assistant General Counsel at Virgin Hyperloop One, overseeing key project development and partnership initiatives. With 13 years of experience in law firms, Nathan specialized in energy and infrastructure project development, financing, cross-border investments, M&A, joint ventures, and debt financing across various sectors like manufacturing, technology, and aircraft. Holding a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Columbia University and being admitted to the New York bar, Nathan is also registered as in-house counsel with the State of California.
