Nathan R. Elson is a seasoned leader and innovator who has made significant contributions to the church, non-profit ministry, and business sectors for over 25 years. With a BA in Comm. Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an MA in Organizational Leadership & Development from Biola University, Elson has become well-equipped to tackle complex business problems and building successful products and teams.

Throughout his career, Elson has held several leadership positions, including CMO & Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development at CDF Capital, Vice President of Marketing at CDF Capital, CCO & Pastoral Director of Interaction and Communication at The Rock Church, Marketing Operations Manager and Commerce Product Manager at Faithlife, Operations Director at Philip L. Liberatore, CPA, Manager of Special Projects at The Foursquare Church, Resource Manager & Marketing Editor at RCM Technologies, and Systems Administrator & Assistant Project Manager at Dynalectric, formerly Kirkwood Dynalectric.

Elson's expertise lies in his ability to lead and mentor individuals and teams, making him a catalyst and agent for change in the organizations he serves. He has managed multi-million dollar budgets, led multi-million dollar product launches, and presided over the rebranding of a 65-year-old financial institution.
