Nathan Lenahan

Nathan Lenahan is a service-oriented individual with a passion for hearing people's stories, a love for corny jokes, veterans, and entrepreneurs. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business & Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Facility & Property Management from Brigham Young University, and additional studies in Executive Leadership & Hospitality Management at Cornell University, and Operations Leadership & Organizational Management at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Nathan has held various roles in distinguished organizations such as Founder at Smooth Operators, Co-Owner at Bart's Heating & Air, Founder and CEO at homework, and Chief Operating Officer at Smart City Apartment Locating.

In addition to these roles, he has also served as VP & General Manager for Texas & Mountain West Territories, General Manager for the Texas Territory, and Head of Operations for the Southern U.S. at WeWork. Nathan's professional journey includes leadership positions at Army National Guard as the Group Tactical Information Operations (IO) Leader, Managing Director at Redleg Property Group, Multi-Functional Facilities Supervisor at Lockheed Martin, HIMARS Platoon Sergeant, and Army Certified Leadership Instructor. He has also worked as an Assistant Facility Engineer at Corporation of the President, a Football Equipment Manager at Brigham Young University, and as a Staff Sergeant/Section Chief in the US Army.
