Nathan Karklins is a seasoned professional in the gaming industry with over fifteen years of experience working on AAA titles, social browser games, and casual mobile games.
His expertise lies in team leadership, competitive skill-based games, Free-to-Play game design, rapid prototyping, developing new IPs, revenue strategies, content management systems, and tool development.
Nathan's portfolio includes over 15 AAA titles and contributions to 75+ franchise-level games across various genres such as casino, rhythm, action/RPG, time management, RTS, card, hidden object, adventure, and racing/running games.
He holds a background in Animation & Modelling with an Illustration emphasis from Cogswell Polytechnical College and has studied Computer Science at West Valley College.
Nathan has held senior game designer positions at renowned companies like Respawn Entertainment, MobilityWare, Skillz Inc., Big Fish Games, Glu Mobile, and Zynga. He has also worked in various roles at Capcom, Electronic Arts (EA), and other organizations.
He is currently interested in opportunities to work with multidisciplinary teams where he can contribute to gameplay tuning, game mechanics enhancement, narrative development, and user experience improvement.
