With two friends, we built and launched a website where students from our high school could rate their teachers in a meaningful and positive way. The project quickly became viral and students loved it. Because of the huge amount of data we had gathered about the teachers, the school asked us to delete all of it and when we refused to (because we wanted to bring the project to and end, from collecting feedback to sharing a report with each teacher), they expelled my friends and myself for 30 days. This generated massive media attention in Switzerland and we got featured in newspapers like La Tribune de Genève, Le Matin, 24 Heures and even a few international papers.
