Nathalie Spree

Nathalie Spree is a seasoned professional with a focus on executive and strategic talent acquisition in various sectors including finance, go-to-market, product, data and technology, and board positions. She specializes in working with fast-growing tech-enabled organizations in the MENA region, particularly those backed by private equity and venture capital.

Nathalie holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and has completed professional coaching studies at the International Coaching Federation. She also holds qualifications in financial advice, practice, and investment banking from the Chartered Insurance Institute and BPP University, respectively.

Throughout her career, Nathalie has been associated with prominent organizations like August Leadership, Flat6Labs, Hub71, Microsoft for Startups Middle East, Techstars, and Startupbootcamp, where she served as a mentor. She has also been a Wamda X Mentor at Wamda Capital and held key roles such as Regional Lead/Partner at True, Independent HR and Talent Consultant, HR Director at propertyfinder.ae, Head of HR at Boutique 1, and Head of HR at Dubizzle.com. Prior to these positions, she gained experience at renowned financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse First Boston as a Technical Specialist and in client services and operations analysis.
