Nathalie Rayes is a seasoned leader with a 20-year track record in international relations, cultural exchange, political advising, coalition-building, public relations/media, and civil society/civic engagement.
She has proven her effective management skills by overseeing 125 staff members and managing a substantial budget of $6 billion.
Nathalie Rayes holds a Master's degree in Public Policy with concentrations in International Relations and Education from the University of California, Los Angeles.
She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and an Associate of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and Santa Monica College, respectively.
Currently, Nathalie Rayes serves as the President and CEO at Latino Victory Project, where she leads with a wealth of experience and expertise.
Previously, she held the position of Vice President of Public Affairs in the U.S. at Grupo Salinas, demonstrating her versatility and proficiency in diverse roles.
Her prior roles include Deputy Chief of Staff in the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office under Mayor James K. Hahn, and Senior Policy Advisor at the Los Angeles City Council under Councilmember Mike Feuer.
Nathalie Rayes also has experience as a Department of State Fellow in the Economic Political Section at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, showcasing her wide-ranging international involvement.
