Nathalie Lam is an accomplished HR professional with experience in HR matters across various regions, including Europe, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Greater China. With over 400,000 employees worldwide and a turnover of US$15 Billion in 2019, she currently serves as the HR Business Partner for the Europe region of SF Express (順豐速運/ 顺丰速运), a company with a significant presence in Asia, operating globally with 60 cargo flights.
