Nathalie De Ceulaer

Nathalie De Ceulaer is a strategic and entrepreneurial finance professional with a strong track record in fundraising and corporate finance, including M&A, private placements, restructuring equity and debt. She is passionate about creating financial transparency for entrepreneurs and enabling them to grow their businesses by providing valuable insights and easier access to funding. Nathalie has extensive experience in stakeholder management, particularly in VC/PE situations, having served as a CFO and Risk Manager at Fortino Capital. She is a mentor, speaker, and lecturer at various accelerators, events, and universities, including VOKA, The Birdhouse, Scaleup.vlaanderen, EYnovation, BAN Vlaanderen, Startup Academy, Female Founders Academy, and Solvay Business School. Nathalie is also a member of several advisory boards and the jury for MIT under 35. She is the author of "What the Fund - Financiering voor groeibedrijven" (Die Keure, December 2017), which focuses on financing for high-growth companies.
