Nate Ming is a professional with an extensive background in customer service, social media, pharmacy, security, and editing. Throughout his career, he has developed a patient, empathetic, and understanding personality that made him efficient in tackling all sort of customer's frustrations while staying firm on the company's policies. Nate is a quick learner, a detail-oriented individual, and a people person who has been on the front lines of different social media channels, leading teams, writing documentation, training staff, and even hosting anime shows.
