Nate Heintzman
Nate Heintzman is a highly accomplished biomedical scientist and technology consultant with a diverse background spanning diabetes informatics, genomics, and nonprofit work in health and fitness management. He is currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Dexcom, a leading provider of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems for diabetes management. Heintzman has extensive experience in critical thinking, team-building, and project management, which have made him highly sought after by clients from diverse industries, including biotech, pharma, and investment groups.
Heintzman's academic credentials are impressive, having studied for a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine. Prior to that, he obtained a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College. He has held several notable positions in various organizations, serving as a Founder at NanoCellect Biomedical Inc., Managing Partner, Founder at ScholarNexus Consulting Group LLC, Director, Data Partnerships and Senior Manager, Data Partnerships at Dexcom, and Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Diego.
