Nate DaPore

Nate DaPore is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in private equity, healthcare, and technology. As the managing director at Acertitude, he oversees strategy, investments, and executive searches. Prior to joining Acertitude, Nate held a managing director role at Battery Park, advising PE-sponsored healthcare and tech companies and focusing on executive recruitment and operational enhancements. Nate also established and led PeopleMatter, a venture-backed company catering to global brands like McDonald’s, Subway, and BP, which was acquired in 2016. He played a key role in Benefitfocus' growth from a startup to the leading benefits-enrollment software provider in the U.S. Nate is actively engaged in the industry, serving on the boards of PE-backed software firms and The American Swiss Foundation. Additionally, he is involved in organizations like the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Nate's career highlights include being appointed as an Economic Ambassador, selected as a Liberty Fellow of The Aspen Institute, and serving on the Board of Directors of the American-Swiss Foundation. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nate holds a license as an airline transport pilot with multiple certifications.
