Natashja Engelbrecht embarked on her recruitment journey back in 2004, focusing on business development managers in the Private Sector. What started as a career path soon turned into a passion for the Third Sector after volunteering for a charity in her spare time. Transitioning to Eden Brown's Charity and Not for Profit team in 2005, Natashja's dedication and hard work propelled her to the role of Associate Director. Collaborating closely with colleague Zoe Perrott (Evans), she co-founded Charity Talent, a temp-led recruitment company, born out of a mutual vision and drive for excellence within the industry. With a steadfast commitment spanning 16 years in the Third Sector, Natashja prides herself on delivering top-notch services to both clients and candidates, earning a stellar reputation in the process. Her meticulous approach involves thorough candidate screening, ensuring a perfect fit between candidates and roles, all while catering to the unique needs of her clients.
