Natasha Avanessians, MPA
Natasha Avanessians is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in communications, policy, government affairs, and community development.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Columbia College.
Natasha has a strong educational foundation, having also completed her high school diploma from the Convent of the Sacred Heart, 91st Street.
Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Communications at the Partnership for New York City, showcasing her expertise in strategic communication and public relations.
Her previous roles include working in the policy team at Team Bloomberg, serving as Chief of Staff at Long Island Rail Road, and being an NYS Excelsior Fellow at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
Natasha has also excelled in campaign management, having worked as a Campaign Manager for Helen in 2017, and has experience in land use, community development, and government affairs through her positions at the Manhattan Borough President's Office and Bolton-St. Johns.
