Natalya McCool is a seasoned Senior Recruiter with an extensive background in human resources and talent acquisition. She currently works at Berkeley Lab, where she recruits for various levels of positions, ranging from entry-level to senior-level, including research, technical, engineering, and operation roles. Natalya has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and has studied at UC Berkeley Extension.

With her love for talking to people and finding out their story, Natalya discovered her passion for recruiting. She has developed impressive skills in full-cycle recruitment, recruiting operations, Boolean logic, social media, sourcing, interviewing, resume screening, scheduling, research, event planning, offer letter generation, onboarding, equity, diversity, and inclusion, relationship management, and training and development.

Natalya has worked in several organizations, including OSIsoft, UC Berkeley, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Goodwill Industries, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, The Hartford Insurance, and Wells Fargo Bank. Besides her work, Natalya enjoys hiking, watching movies, and relaxing with her loved ones, including her furry friend.
