Natalie Sham

Natalie Sham is a Civil Engineer with a strong educational background. She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Western Australia and then went on to complete her Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Melbourne.

Natalie gained practical experience through her role as a Project Intern at WSP, where she honed her skills in project management and engineering solutions. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President - Professional at Melbourne University Civil & Structural Society (MUCSS), showcasing her leadership abilities and commitment to the field.

In addition, Natalie's dedication to giving back to the community is evident through her involvement as the School Outreach Program Coordinator for the University of Melbourne Chapter at Engineers Without Borders Australia. She also served as the International Student Representative at MUCSS and as a Student Ambassador at Engineers Australia, highlighting her passion for supporting and promoting the engineering profession.

Furthermore, Natalie's engagement with The Civil Society UWA as a member of the School Outreach committee underscores her proactive approach towards encouraging interest in engineering among students.
