- After the acquisition of AVG by Avast, we became the first UX and user research team within the company, I focused on evangelising and incorporating user research practices into the product discovery and development process

-  Conducted 50+ user research projects in which methods such as qualitative interviews, usability testing, personas, diary studies, projective techniques and quantitative evaluations (e.g., surveys, SUS, NPS) were used
-  Contributed to developing a proprietary method for measuring emotional responses invoked in critical parts of the interaction and for the assessment of visual designs which lead to data-based decision-making in the C-level management
-  Directly cooperated with stakeholders from diverse groups and locations on optimising conversion funnels and user experience of key revenue generating digital channels and products
-  Strategic decisions were influenced by findings from exploratory research projects on new product concepts and revenue channels
