As an Innovation Leader at GTS Radical Innovation Accelerator within StanleyBlack&Decker, she has excelled in creating ventures and driving radical innovations.

With a solid educational background in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Natalie combines technical expertise with design thinking principles to transform ideas into tangible solutions.

Throughout her career, Natalie has held key roles such as Director of New Venture Incubation at Stanley X, where she led incubator initiatives, harnessing her skills in design research, human-computer interaction, and lean startup methodologies. Additionally, Natalie serves as a member of StanleyBlack&Decker's Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Team and is recognized as an Artificial Intelligence and Data & Analytics Ambassador.

Natalie's passion lies in creating delightful user experiences through innovative interactions. Her professional journey includes positions like Head of Business Development at FLX Solutions, Inc., Founder of Salk Racing, and roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. where she contributed as an Innovation Consultant, Sr. Design Strategist, and UX/ID Design Researcher.
