Assistant to Owner, President, & CFO. Also serves as Human Resources and Accounts Payable Manager. 
Position includes: social media management, vendor selection and management of promotions, marketing events, event planning, company meetings, holiday events, member appreciation events, health fairs. Other duties involve design, and ordering of all promotional items, scheduling/attending business meetings, executive reservations and travel booking.  Manage accounts payable and banking functions for all four Larry North Fitness locations, including coordination of employee payroll and paycheck distribution for all locations. Office management and human resource functions include interviewing/hiring/training Front Desk staff, managing new employee paperwork, employee health/dental insurance benefits, providing ‘Customer Service’ training meetings for all Front Desk staff. Manage Larry North personal booking including public speaking, seminars, and Larry North Fitness brand promotion.
