Natalie Koster is an accomplished strategy and finance professional with over fifteen years of international experience, having worked in industry-leading organizations such as Foxtel, Qantas, News UK, Shell, Thomas Cook Online, and Openreach. Her strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering results make her a valuable asset to any enterprise.

Koster has extensive experience in critical areas such as prioritization, development, and execution of business strategies and transformation opportunities, production of business cases to support strategic decisions, substantial modeling experience, business process design, and excellent relationship and stakeholder management. She possesses a highly analytical mind that enables her to critically evaluate complex information and distill it into efficient and insightful communications to facilitate decision-making.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting, Russian language, and culture, and statistics from The University of Queensland, Koster also studied Chartered Accounting at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. In addition, she participated in an exchange program that introduced her to Russian culture and language.
