Natalie Castillo

Natalie J. Castillo is a prominent figure in the hospitality real estate sector, currently serving as the First Vice President at CBRE Hotels in Florida. She specializes in investment sales, particularly focusing on select service, extended stay, and boutique hotels across Florida and the Sunbelt region of the United States. Prior to her role at CBRE, she was a Senior Vice President with CBRE Hotels in Miami, where she honed her expertise in the investment sales of hospitality properties.134

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality real estate investment field, Castillo has been involved in hotel sales totaling more than $2.5 billion. Her career began with The Charre Group and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, which laid the foundation for her extensive knowledge in hotel operations, development, and financing.1

Castillo holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University and has furthered her education with a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She is also fluent in Spanish and actively participates in industry leadership initiatives, including her election to the Hospitality Real Estate Executive Advisory Board at Florida International University.12
