Natalie Guandique
Chief Program Officer
Natalie Guandique is an accomplished individual with a strong educational background in curriculum and teaching, holding an MA from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BS from Syracuse University in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education, as well as Sociology.
With a wealth of professional experience in the education field, Natalie is currently the Senior Director Of Curriculum and Program Design at Mission Graduates. Previously, she held the role of Program Director at Marshall Elementary within Mission Graduates.
Natalie also has experience as a Classroom Coordinator at Mission Graduates and has taught as a 5th Grade Special Education Teacher at P.S. 49X Willis Avenue School. Her passion for teaching extends globally as she has volunteered as an English Teacher for 3rd and 6th graders at Mavinuni Primary School and as an Assistant English Teacher at Colegio Publico San Cristobal.
In addition to her work in the classroom, Natalie has also delved into curriculum development and program design, evident from her previous role as a Health Education Intern at Positive Steps in Arumeru (POSA+) and as an Intern 4th Grade English Teacher at Elementare e Materna 'Mameli'.
