Meet Natalie Burley, a hospitality enthusiast with a passion for creating memorable experiences within her workspace. She graduated from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a degree in Hospitality Management. Natalie currently serves as the Senior Community Manager at The Yard: Back Bay, where she oversees daily operations, sales, events, and community presence. Before joining The Yard, Natalie worked for Marriott International and Starwood Legacy Hotels for about five years. Her experience in all sectors of the hospitality industry has given her the knowledge and expertise to work collaboratively and achieve positive results. During her time at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, she worked in front desk training, front desk agent, hostess, and recreation attendant roles. Natalie is currently the Brooklyn Manager at The Yard: Space to Work and a former Sales Coordinator and Welcome/Style Talent Coach at W Hotels. She studied Associate of Science (A.S.) in Hospitality Administration/Management at Valencia College and completed her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, where she was a senior.
