Natalia Hordiienko

Natalia Hordiienko is an experienced project manager with eight years of expertise in the IT industry. Hordiienko holds a degree in electrical engineering from Pryazovskyi State Technical University (PSTU). Her experience in web and mobile technologies, including ReactJS, .Net, Golang, ReactNative, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin/Java, spans over six years. She has vast knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrumban, and Iterative Waterfall. Hordiienko has a proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients, managing risks, and handling client expectations. She is fluent in English and has demonstrated a profound ability to gather, organize, and create requirement specifications.

Before joining SoftServe as a project manager, Natalia worked as a project manager at Sigma Software Group, Zfort Group, and MobiDev. She also served as a QA team lead and QA engineer at MobiDev and an electrical engineering specialist at Illych Iron And Steel Works.
