Nasr ul Hadi is a media professional based in Delhi, India, actively involved in the development of research, learning, and community programs for journalists and newsrooms in South Asia. He collaborates with the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) as part of PROTO, a media development studio. With a Master's degree in Journalism and Digital Media from Columbia University, Hadi has a diverse educational background, including engineering and pre-medicine studies. As a Knight Fellow, he has driven innovation in print, broadcast, and digital media within legacy and startup newsrooms, as well as journalism schools in India and the United States. Hadi frequently shares his insights at prominent media conferences worldwide. Apart from his professional endeavors, he also imparts knowledge on digital storytelling at postgraduate and mid-career levels. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in various organizations, from being a founder and executive director at PROTO to serving as a consultant, faculty member, and journalist at esteemed institutions and media outlets.
