Náray E. Tamás is an experienced professional with a passion for applying UX Design and Service Design in building human-centered products and services. He has a diverse educational background, having studied Brief Coaching at Solutionsurfers, Business Economics and Management at Budapest Corvinus University, and Service Design Master and UX Design at MOME Budapest. With his strong background in various disciplines, Náray is equipped with a unique set of skills that allows him to approach projects from multiple perspectives.

Throughout his career, Náray has held various leadership positions and has shown exceptional capabilities in fostering autonomy and a kind and empathic leadership style. As the former CTO and Senior Product Manager at Hit Rádió, he was responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation. Additionally, he has held positions such as Vice-President of Operations and Senior Project Manager at INTER Academy Hungary, where he demonstrated his expertise in project management and operations.

Náray is a forward-thinking individual who is not afraid to ask questions and constantly seek improvement. His love for technology and innovation is evident through his participation as a beta tester and contributor to various popular products such as Things 3, Airmail, Mem.ai, Canary Mail, and Overcast. In addition to his professional experience, Náray has also founded his own businesses, including Ahoy! Chocolate & Lemonade Bar and Captain's, where he served as the Product Manager and Co-Founder.
