Napier Fuller

Napier Fuller is a well-educated professional with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in business development and technology.

He holds a Master's Degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Urban Planning, Geographical Information Systems, and Human-Computer Interaction. Prior to that, he studied Art History and Archeology at Washington University in St. Louis and completed a program at the Regional Technology Center at Dartmouth College.

Napier has a wealth of experience in various organizations, having served as Partner and Vice President of Business Development at Atlantic Brokerage, Inc. and related holding companies. Additionally, he was the Founder and CEO of Panthaen Informatics, Inc. and has also worked in business development at the European Commission DG Information Society in Brussels, Belgium.
