Naomi Whitbourn is a dedicated professional who works with entrepreneurs and innovators worldwide to drive the development and scaling of business solutions addressing social and environmental issues.
With a background in managing international programmes focused on positive social impact, Naomi is currently involved in an education initiative in Ghana, empowering 20,000 young individuals to cultivate entrepreneurial skills to solve local challenges.
Having served as a Programme Manager at Nesta Challenges and in various roles at PwC UK, including working with entities like the FCDO and DIT, Naomi has built extensive experience in managing diverse programs across regions like Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, covering areas such as migration, education, health, and development finance.
Additionally, Naomi is the founder and host of the Voices of Development podcast, where she engages with founders, innovators, and leaders driving impactful initiatives to address societal issues.
Naomi holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Migration Studies (International Development) from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from Durham University.
Her previous roles include Pro Bono Consultant positions at FrontlineAid and Capoeira4Refugees, and engagements in sustainability, international development consultancy, and event coordination.
