Naomi Salamon

Naomi Salamon is an accomplished leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from Roosevelt University and a Certification in Organizational Leadership from the Southern California Leadership Network. Over the years, Salamon has held various roles, including Director of Leadership Development at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, Program Manager-Autism Services at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, Portfolio Manager/Client Relations at The Hope Center, Inc., Executive Assistant to the CEO at Metropolitan Water District Federal Credit Union, and Teller Supervisor/Sales and Service Manager/Interim Banking Center Manager at JP Morgan Chase/Bank One/First National Bank of Chicago.

At present, Salamon is the Director of Leadership Development at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, where she works towards promoting organizational and personal growth. In her previous role as Program Manager-Autism Services, she managed programs that served individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. At The Hope Center, Inc., she managed a portfolio of government and foundation grants, developed and executed grant proposals and reports, and led and trained staff for client relations. She also has experience in the banking sector, having worked with companies like JP Morgan Chase/Bank One/First National Bank of Chicago.

Salamon has a particular interest in leadership development and organizational growth. She is skilled in program management, strategy development, grant management, personnel management, fundraising, and customer service.
