Naomi Gonzalez is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of TomboyX, a Seattle-based company specializing in gender-neutral underwear and apparel.13 She founded the company with her wife, Fran Dunaway, in 2013 after Fran expressed frustration with finding properly fitting button-up shirts for women.23

Naomi and Fran have received recognition for their work, including participation in EY's Winning Women program in 2017.4 While they maintain partial ownership, they have transitioned day-to-day operations to a C-suite team.4
