Nanditi Khilnani

Nanditi Khilnani is an individual who has transitioned into the exciting intersection of Art-Tech from a background of over 6 years in technology, management, and learning & development at Google. She is currently playing a pivotal role as the Director and Co-Founder of Ajaibghar, focusing on Cultural Strategy & Arts Programming, where she is involved in co-creating experiential digital artworks and spaces.

At Ajaibghar, Nanditi is known for her innovative work in building 'smart but weird' Art-Tech solutions for culture projects, co-instigating dra.ft - a vibrant community of literary hackers venturing into the future of text, and facilitating collaborations between creative-tech creators. She has a keen interest in creating livecoded raga-based electronic music and developing STEAM-based learning resources that combine musical and coding skills for children.

With a strong foundation in technology and a passion for the creative arts, Nanditi Khilnani has made significant contributions at various organizations. Prior to her current role, she was instrumental as the Programme Head in the founding team at JAJAM - Jaipur Junction for Arts & Music, as well as at RRAP (Rajasthan Rural Arts Programme) under the Jaipur Virasat Foundation. Additionally, she has previous experience as a Program Manager at Google.
