Nancy Zayed

Nancy Zayed is a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in defining consumer products, productizing technologies, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

She has a diverse background working in both public and startup companies, where she has built and led global teams, provided technical leadership, and fostered cultures of innovation and agility while pushing the boundaries of technology.

Nancy's expertise includes technology evaluation, acquisitions, embedded and mobile development, consumer electronics, telecommunications, architecture and API design, continuous integration (CI), engineering, and cultivating strategic technical and business partnerships.

She holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from American University.

Currently, Nancy Zayed serves as a member of the PCI Board of Advisors at the PCI Security Standards Council and previously held roles such as Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder at MagicCube, Inc., Principal at 3D Consulting, Director of Product Development at InnoPath Software, Head of Platform Development at Cisco Systems, and Software Engineering Manager at Yahoo, Palm, Inc., and Apple Computer where she also worked as an Internationalization Engineering manager.
