With a strong background in process improvement, program management, office creation and execution, as well as vendor selection and implementation, Nancy has demonstrated a consistent track record of success throughout her career.

Nancy's professional journey includes working with renowned 'Big 5' consulting firms, where she honed her skills in project management, packaged systems design and implementation, and process re-engineering across various industries like manufacturing, distribution, and financial services.

She pursued her academic interests by studying BE in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics at Vanderbilt University, showcasing her dedication to learning and expertise in technical fields.

Currently serving as the Vice President and Nashville Local Office Lead at The North Highland Company, Nancy has held key leadership positions, including the role of Vice President and Global Healthcare Leader within the same organization.

Her past experiences include serving as a Director at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and progressing from Manager to Associate Partner at Accenture (Andersen Consulting), demonstrating her rise and contributions within the consulting industry.
