Nancy Rizzuto

Nancy Rizzuto is a passionate individual dedicated to serving and inspiring others to lead successful, abundant, and purposeful lives. Known for her optimism, gratitude, and faith, Nancy believes in the power of humanity and taking leaps of faith. Her career has been defined by bold decisions and stepping out of her comfort zone, leading to transformative experiences.

In 1993, Nancy seized a career opportunity in Manhattan by convincing an entrepreneur to hire her to establish a NYC office, despite knowing little about the venture. This led to her success in the commercial real estate field, culminating in her becoming one of three associates named a Principal before the company was acquired.

In 2003, Nancy co-founded Capital Strategies Investment Group (CAP STRAT), focusing on providing independent, transparent, and fiduciary investment advice to mid-size companies. Over time, the firm expanded to offer private wealth advisory services, building a reputation for trust and transparency. Nancy's commitment to educating and empowering individuals, especially women, drives her involvement in the CAP STRAT Women's Forum, where she fosters connections and facilitates action towards achieving personal and professional potential.

With a background in Corporate and Political Communications from Fairfield University and Business/Corporate Communications from Quinnipiac University, Nancy brings a diverse skill set to her roles. Her experience includes serving as a Founding Partner and Principal at CAP STRAT, as well as holding positions at Merrill Lynch, Howard Johnson & Company, and Peter R. Friedman Ltd. Nancy's dedication to building relationships, storytelling, and empowering others underscores her mission to help individuals attain clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their lives.
