Nancy Mahon

Nancy Mahon is an experienced Chief Sustainability Officer with a strong background in ESG strategy and governance within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and luxury industries. With over a decade at Estée Lauder, she has successfully transformed and elevated the company's ESG practices while driving business value. Nancy has led a global team of 65 ESG practitioners, overseeing areas such as climate, product sustainability, social impact, ESG reporting, and charitable giving, with a significant budget of over $45M.

She has excelled in enhancing ESG performance and ratings across prominent indices, garnering recognition from investors, consumers, and the media. Nancy is also a prominent advocate and spokesperson, engaging audiences on equity, supply chain traceability, impact investing, and emissions reduction strategies. Her extensive experience extends to board and government roles, including serving on the board of TPG Pace Beneficial Finance and as a former Chairperson of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. Nancy Mahon is dedicated to fostering sustainable and inclusive practices in companies, teams, and communities, driving positive change through her ESG leadership initiatives.

Nancy Mahon holds a JD from New York University School of Law, has attended the Directors' College at Stanford Law School's Rock Center for Corporate Governance, and earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Yale University.
