With a passion for sales and marketing, Nancy founded her own successful rep agency, Nancy Lee Ltd, in the Rocky Mountain region.
After growing her agency into a leading entity, she later sold it to OneCoast and went on to become a Vice President at the company.
In 2010, Nancy merged her Home and Lifestyle business with Ivystone, where she currently serves as VP, overseeing marketing and merchandising efforts.
Her expertise lies in sales management, team building, marketing, and merchandising, reflecting her dedication to the industry over the past three decades.
