Head of Externships, Internships and Alumni Volunteer Programs

• Managed employer development, increased active job and intern postings by 20%. 
• Directed Cornell's Career Fair, increased attendance: 7,000 students, 500 employers, over two days
• Presented workshops: Working a Room, 1st Year Career Exploration, LGBT Issues in the Workplace, How to Network, and How to Identify and Develop Internships
• Developed online internship data collection to assess 1500 students’ summer experience and allow peer-to-peer networking

Assistant Director, Employer and Alumni Relations

Advised and managed class officers, alumni volunteers in all areas of their membership and officer recruitment effort, regional and reunion programming. Selected and trained senior class alumni officers, achieving class unity, dues participation through class campaign, and planning leadership and communication strategies for upcoming 5 years.

Assistant Director, Class Programs

Managed 27 Cornell Clubs. Identified, recruited and trained alumni officers. Coordinated regional faculty speakers, wrote newsletters and training materials. Directed Alumni-in-Residence program which hosted 20 Trustees and prominent alumni with students on-campus.
• Analyzed membership trends of 82 Clubs in 40 states, and adjusted geographic definitions to maximize budget
• Created CUGALA (LGBT) alumni code; researched, confirmed opt-in, and coded initial 1,000 alumni in the alumni system
