Nancy Kepner

Nancy Kepner is a leadership coach, facilitator, and co-founder of Crafted Leadership, a leadership training and coaching organization.12 She has been studying, practicing, and teaching conscious leadership since 2007, focusing on helping leaders and organizations develop key skills in self-mastery, relational agility, integrity, and improvisation.12

Professional Background

Prior to co-founding Crafted Leadership in June 2016, Nancy spent over 15 years in senior leadership roles, including as an executive director.12 Her experience includes:
