Nancy Falls is the CEO, Independent Board Director, and author of Corporate Concinnity in the Boardroom. She is a co-founder of The Concinnity Company, which offers cloud-based integrated software for boards and special committees.
With over thirty years of experience in executive roles within public and private companies, Nancy has a strong background in corporate governance. She has served on numerous boards, advised prominent healthcare and industrial firms, and coached many C-level executives.
Nancy holds a magna cum laude graduate degree in economics and sociology from Wellesley College, along with an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University. She is also a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Her expertise extends to various organizations where she has held positions such as Board Director at Agrin Health, Board Member at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and Managing Partner at Tatum, among others.
In addition to her professional roles, Nancy has excelled in academic pursuits, including as an Associate Provost for Finance and Administration at Vanderbilt University. She has a vast range of experience in areas like investor relations, risk management, and market management.

The platform, launched in 2018, caters to the security and process needs of corporate boards and is especially beneficial for oversight bodies in clinical trial settings.
