With over 25 years of experience building sustainable solutions for organizations, Board is a clinical services manager at the Washington State Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and co-founder and chief operations officer of Global Women 4 Wellbeing. Board is a sought-after speaker and facilitator on workplace mental health, trauma response, women's issues, and HR. Her unique background in behavioral medicine and global HR expertise enabled her to work on numerous workplace improvement initiatives and manage healthcare, wellness, and EAP benefits for JPMorgan's employees across the Asia Pacific region.
