Nancy Board is a seasoned EAP operations and business professional with a passion for promoting workplace mental health and wellbeing. With over 25 years of experience building sustainable solutions for organizations, Board is a clinical services manager at the Washington State Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and co-founder and chief operations officer of Global Women 4 Wellbeing. Board is a sought-after speaker and facilitator on workplace mental health, trauma response, women's issues, and HR. Her unique background in behavioral medicine and global HR expertise enabled her to work on numerous workplace improvement initiatives and manage healthcare, wellness, and EAP benefits for JPMorgan's employees across the Asia Pacific region. Board received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources from HRCI. She is a contributor to the white paper on Mental Wellness for the Global Wellness Institute and the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
