Nana Fifield is a distinguished technology leader and author with extensive experience in leading and maturing high-performing organizations. Her expertise spans across industries such as telecommunications, investment banking, aerospace, education, business operations, and SAAS sectors. Nana is known for her ability to develop innovative teams, solid stakeholder and customer relationship management, and out-of-the-box solutions that achieve extraordinary results. She has been recognized as a finalist of the leadership category at the UK National Precious Awards 2018 and has also won the Thames Valley 50 Game Changers award. Moreover, she is the organizer of the Thames Valley Google Developer Group community.

In prior times, she worked in various software engineering, management and leadership positions at Active Operations Management International LLP (AOMi), AlwaysON Group, Rockwell Collins UK Ltd (HQ Cedar Rapids USA), RM Education, BNP Paribas, Digital Equipment Corp., and Bell Northern Research (HQ Canada).
