Namsun Kim

Namsun Kim is a seasoned Corporate Development and M&A executive at a major global internet and tech platform firm in Korea. His previous roles include serving as a private equity investment professional and sitting on the Boards of multi-billion dollar companies. With a diverse background spanning debt restructuring in APAC, M&A and investment banking in Korea and North America, as well as corporate law in New York, Namsun brings a wealth of experience to the table. He holds prestigious certifications including being a former CFA charterholder, a Certified Public Accountant in Delaware, and a member of the New York Bar Association. Namsun's educational background includes a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Seoul National University. He has held key positions at renowned organizations such as NAVER Corp, LG CNS, Macquarie Group, Morgan Stanley, and Lazard Freres & Co. Namsun Kim's professional journey also includes a stint at the U.S. Department of Justice and service in the Republic of Korea Army.
