Namita Bahl

Namita Kapoor Bahl is an accomplished professional with expertise in research and project management, specializing in the life sciences sector.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from SYMBIOSIS CENTER FOR DISTANCE LEARNING.

Her educational background includes a B. Pharm. from DIPSAR (formerly College of Pharmacy), an M.S. Pharm in Pharmaceutics from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

Namita has held key roles in prominent organizations, including her current position as Deputy Director and Head of Innovation, R&D, and Start-ups at the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Her previous positions at the Confederation of Indian Industry include Deputy Director in Technology and R&D as well as in Life Sciences.

Prior to her role at the Confederation of Indian Industry, Namita gained significant experience at Ranbaxy/Sun Pharma, where she served as a Senior Research Scientist and a Research Scientist.

Her professional journey also includes roles as a Research Associate at Ranbaxy/Sun Pharma and at Unichem Laboratories Limited, showcasing her diverse expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
